    I use it mix my protein shakes. Your question if it "Has it help anyone to loose the weight????" could be interpreted differently as b) if it helps you in your weight loss or b) was the use of nutribullet that caused weight loss

    It does help, as I stated above - I use it as a tool to mix my protein shakes and make smoothies. It is a tool that helps me, same as a coffee maker, plate, knife, pan, jar, stove, kettle, water bottle, etc. Nutribullet will not make you lose weight, a healthy caloric deficit will. What you choose to use as a tool, it's up to you.
