I've been slowly dipping my toes into the community aspect of MFP (been using it solely for logging for months), so I thought I'd say hi.

I'm a 31 year old guy (6' 1) from the UK, and am primarily here to get into reasonable shape for once, and also looking for some cool people to chat to from time to time!

I started at around 98.5kg in late May, and am down to 91 at the moment. Moving slowly down, and building up some muscle mass at the gym and in the pool.
