Small changes, steady pace

I'm trying to get back on track after several major changes in the last four years, including early menopause, going from full time homeschooling mom to empty nest and starting my own business. I don't want to follow a fad or ever-shifting food rules. I just want to make small changes in every day life, become more healthy and lose more weight. I don't enjoy exercise, a gym is way far away from my comfort zone. But I am walking regularly and doing planks. I struggle with tracking, I just want to eat what I want, darn it. :-) I would like to connect with others of like mind and keep on track. Who is with me?
