Quick question about net calories.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but I'm going to ask it anyway.
If I eat more than 1200 calories, say...1700 or so, but I work off 600, it leaves me at a net of 1100. Is this just as bad as eating less than 1200 calories? The reason I ask is I did this the last two days and it didn't give me a calorie warning.

It's not the same, you've eaten 1700 calories of food with all the nutrients in that food, they don't vanish because you exercise so there's no warning about food intake too low.If I eat more than 1200 calories, say...1700 or so, but I work off 600, it leaves me at a net of 1100.
