New to MFP and need some help :-)

Looking for people to help with my situation.. im 20, im about 5ft 10 and im 95kg. Need help with my goal of burning the little amounts of fat covering my muscle and get down to about 10% body fat!

    Just watch your diet and add cardio to your routine.

    10% is not a realistic goal, unless you don't need a real job.

    Maybe if your real job was strenuous. Construction, warehousing, Amazon... something like that.

    There is a great recomposition thread on the general forum that should help you.

    If you are wanting to lose a few pounds enter your info into MFP give your weight loss goal as .5 or 1 lb a week, and start a progressive lifting programme. You will find good info on the fitness and exercise forum.

    Set yourself a realistic goal that you can live with.

    Reading the 'sticky' posts at the top of each forum will help you.
