Basically, to summarise, the link states that where your fat gets stored, links to different reasons including the following:
1. Obesity of food
This type of obesity is most common in the world. It occurs due to excessive food intake and sugar. How to solve this, you reduce the food and exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
2. Obesity “nervous stomach”
This type of obesity is caused by anxiety, stress and depression. People who have this type of obesity practiced frequent intake of sweets.
The most important thing is to control your anxiety physical activities which will relieve you of stress.
3. Gluten obesity
Mostly present in women during adolescence, menopause and with the present hormonal imbalance. It is important to avoid long sitting, smoking and alcohol, and to indulge exercises with weights.
4. Atherogenic metabolic obesity
People with stomach often are swollen like a balloon, and accumulate all fat in this part of the body. Affected are people who consume alcohol, suffer, or have trouble with breathing.
5. Obesity due to venous circulation
This is mostly genetically inherited obesity. It occurs in the course of pregnancy, and persons who have swollen legs. The essence of the decision is exercises such as running or climbing stairs.
6. Obesity of inactivity
Type of obesity that affects parts of the body which in the past have been very active, ie. they been active with exercises and training.
The key to the elimination of this type of fat is not allow long periods without eating, because it can speed up metabolism and burn them faster.
It seems a bit odd, plus the "science has proven" statement at the start made me laugh with no reference.
What do you guys think?
If it's true, I have Gluten Obesity, and to be fair I do all the things it says not to

Knowing you have a problem is the first step to...blabla...you get the drift!0

Haha yeah I guess. It just seems like a pile of rubbish. Surely you can have a large bottom and just happen to store your fat there? Instead of having a gluten issue?0

What the hell did I just read?!0

I know right, it's not just me then!

Sure you can...there's loads of reasons people have big butts....sitting on them, and over feeding them are the biggest factors tho...lol0 -
I swear there's genetic selection for big butts in Africa. Breasts, an American thing.0
-
This is completely untrue.0

My weight goes on my belly and thighs, so I'm Gluten and Atherogenic Metabolic Obese. Nice. I should avoid sitting, smoking, and drinking (I do none). I don't have trouble breathing, but I do "suffer", though that's from depression and anxiety.0

Oh yeah, I was assuming that.0 -
Only one basic reason for obesity.
Gluttony.0 -
No matter how you became obese, you treat it with diet and exercise + management of underlying health conditions. [edit because I read it wrong, but the rest of my post remains valid.]0

I don't really get where it has come from. Surely they don't write everything down that is made up from the top of their head? Maybe it's a mush of random studies?0

That's utter nonsense.
Where your body first stores and loses fat is mostly genetic. Something to do with alpha and beta adrenergic receptors, where beta-2 and beta-3 encourage fatloss while alpha-2 inhibits it.
So at a deficit more stays where less beta ones (more alpha ones) are, and where those are concentrated or not is caused evolutionary.
Very heavy reading material even if you're just checking wikipedia and those receptors do a dozen different things each.0 -
