Anyone 4'11 struggling with weight?

I tried the elliptical once and I though I was done for. I walk a lot more now so I figured that was a good start then I'll start to add more things in later. Good luck in reaching your goal!

I'm 4'11 too! And the extra weight just does not look good on my short frame0

That's how I feel. The last time I remember being small I was a little kid. I'm a stress eater so I know that didn't help either0
