Need motivation and accountability.

I weight my self every Friday morning. Lately, it seems that All I care about is the 2 days prior. I exercise 6 days a week but only care about my diet on Wednesday and Thursday so that my weigh in is a number that I can be happy about. Once I weigh my self, the pattern repeats. I need folks that will help me with How can I motivate myself so that I treat everyday wit my diet like I do Thursday and Wednesday. Thanks!!!
