Getting started, looking for help.

Hello everyone, my current body physique: fat around my thighs and belly, skronny around my wrists forearms and elbows, and little muscle on my upper body. Just needed the right macros to follow, some exersise plans I could try and maybe some meal ideas. Thanks!

    Lift heavy and eat 150 grams of protein daily.

    Set yourself a reasonable goal to lose weight via the MFP assessment, it includes your macros
    Weigh your solids with a food scale, and measure your liquids in cups.

    Start a progressive resistance programme. This can be lifting heavy, for you, using one of the many programmes that are talked about on this forum, or bodyweight exercises.

    The goal of all these programmes is to continuously challenge your muscles for maintenance, strength, or growth.

    Any type of cardio can be added to enhance your cardio vascular function, and assist in calorie burn.

    Read the threads T the top of the various forum topics, they contain just about all the information you will ever need.
