Hello everyone, my current body physique: fat around my thighs and belly, skronny around my wrists forearms and elbows, and little muscle on my upper body. Just needed the right macros to follow, some exersise plans I could try and maybe some meal ideas. Thanks!

    What is your body fat %? What is your current height and weight?

    This site can give you calculations to help figure out how much body fat you want and the weight you should shoot for.

    As far as exercise, cardio and weights. You can not spot lose so you have to burn fat. The weights help ensure you do not lose muscle as you lose weight.
