Why am I starving today?

I'm trying to understand why I'm more hungry some days vs other days. I generally tend to eat similarly from day to day. However I did a 1 hour zumba workout rather than my standard 30-40 minute one. Can just a little more exercise than "normal" make that much of a difference in my hunger levels?

Can you recommend anything to help keep hunger at bay?

    Yes it can make a difference.

    Best counter to hunger is eating the right amount for your body, when it's hungry it's telling you it needs more calories. If you are over your calories then drink water.

    Happened to me yesterday. I was having a normal day, eating what I usually do and my activity level was no different than usual. Even after eating back my exercise calories I was still very hungry. Usually I'm stuffed on 2000 calories, but yesterday I just didn't feel satisfied.

    Back to a normal appetite today though lol. Very weird :)
