I have about 25 pounds left to loose, but am still "skinny fat" at approximately a 33% body fat. I just started the ice cream fitness program last week to help with the body fat issue. I'm still eating at a deficit and losing actual weight, but will be eating at maintenance once I reach my goal weight and continuing the ice cream fitness program.
I've heard it takes body fat percentage a lot longer to go down than weight on a scale. I know everyone is different, but approximately how long would it take someone to go from around 33% body fat to around 17-15% body fat?

I have seen someone almost halve their body fat levels in 8 weeks for a BB.com contest. So it can be done given you are a male (or a female I guess). Realistically 4-6 months.0

That depends on a lot of factors, and also bodyfat measurements are rarely accurate.0
