3 week challenge

My husbands away for about 3 weeks and I find that I can focus more on my fitness when he's gone .. haha any who my challenge for the next 3 weeks is NO breads, alcohol, or sweets. Protein (chicken, fish) veggies , fruits , and water is what I'm gonna stick to. Exercising atleast an hr a day. Whose in .. let's keep each other accountable !! Let's do this !

    I'm in! An hour of exercise a day isn't feasible for me though :/ I hope I can still lose a bit doing 1/2 an hour 3-4 times a week!!
