hello the title may seem strange. I pulled a muscle or I sat in the wrong position which caused to me revive pain the neck and upper back. Since Wednesday iv been in bed not been to work or gym

I completely agree with this
Push yourself too hard, you'll injure yourself further - causing more problems for yourself.

It is really important to allow your body to heal. Maybe you can find some chair exercise videos on u tube to give you some mild exercise to do while you wait.0
