Feel guilty for not doing anything

hello the title may seem strange. I pulled a muscle or I sat in the wrong position which caused to me revive pain the neck and upper back. Since Wednesday iv been in bed not been to work or gym
Feel guilty I'm a carve person I enjoy going to work or training need motivation

    I completely agree with this :)
    Push yourself too hard, you'll injure yourself further - causing more problems for yourself.
    Take it easy.

    It is really important to allow your body to heal. Maybe you can find some chair exercise videos on u tube to give you some mild exercise to do while you wait.
