Better attitude

On of the things I am noticing is my better attitude about myself and my eating. Not to share too much information but there is a full mirror in my bathroom and when I got out of shower I for once looked at myself in it and instead of focusing on negative, I named 5 things positive. It was easier than I thought! So that is my victory of the day!

    This is something i've tried to do too - it's much better than looking at the bits you don't like! :)

    Why do we condition ourselves to focus on the negatives? Good for you for working past it!
