36 pounds down : )

Hey y'all ! When I started my fitness pal in novemberI was almost 190 pounds and my hip was doing very badly. I had hip surgery in April and obviously have not been able to work out but I started eating as healthily as I could only drank water and even though I never finish my diary usually I kept my weight loss goals in the back of my mind. Well as of today I am 154 pounds! 36 pounds and I can't believe it I have 25 more to go but I am feeling so good about myself that I had to share!
