5ft 4.5in, from 186 to 156...goal of 140 by Dec 2015/Jan 2016

I am very active on myfitnesspal and am looking for other women who are very active as well! Active in regards to support and physical activity!

I have lost 30 pounds since January 2015 and am working to lose 10-15 more by end of December 2015/beginning of January 2016.

I practice karate, yoga, tai chi, meditation, and I also cycle (both road and mountain) and kayak.
