Yup it has got to stop! Going to try and focus on me this time. See just said try... why can't I put myself first? I just turned 57 and I want my life back. I seem to take care of everyone but me. I have 100 pounds to lose and I NEED to start taking care of my body. I can feel the effects of being FAT slowing me down. Time to be selfish!!
