Concerned over current routine

Hi there. I am 5'5 and weigh 119lbs. About 1.5 years ago I was 138lb. Over last half year I have become fixated on dieting and working out, but dieting more than anything. I use this app religiously and most days what I eat cannot even be saved because calories too low. Being the person I am, I tell myself that if I eat lower than what is the goal, I will lose weight quicker and it'll be great, so I eat around 700 to 900 calories a day usually... with a mix of 1 to 2 binge days a week where I eat maybe 1200 to 2000 calories. I am fixated on carbs lately the most. I try to eat around 30 to 50 grams a day and I feel bad with anything above 70 grams. I bulk up my protein and have little amounts of fat and carbs. I eat protein pancskes twice a day and eggs with a spinach salad with 4 Oz of grilled chicken usually and celery with pb2. I am starting to become concerned. I think I have a really fat and unattractive face and that's my main weigh loss motivation...
