Add me if you would like but my name is Spencer I'm 21i weighed 320 in November 2014 now I weigh 230 I lost 90lbs in 9months thank the Lord. I have been through it all the depression the doubt and the giving up! Just keep going at it and never give up because I can promise when you hit that goal weight you will love yourself more then you ever have!
