Yes. 1000 calories is way too low, especially if you are over 250lbs. I started out at 320 and have lost 30lbs in 45days eating at a 1000 calorie deficit. I'm at 1880 calories a day, you don't need to eat that few to lose weight quickly. Not to mention how hard it is to hit your nutrition goals at 1200 or fewer calories.0 -
