At 68, I'm probably in the best shape of my adult life. During the past year, I've lost around 70 pounds and have been maintaining the weight I carried in college. Body fat is 9%, though, which means I'm leaner now than I've ever been. I'm certainly stronger than ever, having proven to myself that a geezer CAN put on muscle.

As they say, all it takes is all you've got!
