Hey there. My name is Heather. I have been overweight since I was a kid. As I got older, I became overobese. Finally around the age of 30, I began walking with a friend of mine from church who had lost around 70 pounds. By this time, my scales would not weigh me. I walked, lost some weight, began changing my diet, began the gym, and began learning about food (not all the same time). I began losing more weight. I lost 130 pounds. Met my husband, gained some back...not too much but was not happy about it. I am almost back at the weight I met my husband. The scales said I needed to lose 1 more pound to be there lol. My goal is to lose 60 more pounds to reach my goal weight. I know I can do this. I know others can do this too. So, let's do this!
