Working out, eating less and not losing weight?

I came across this article on one of my friend's profiles (Thanks Gapwedge01!) written by Lyle McDonald. I am hoping that my posting it here it might help someone. It really is a very important bit of information for the new people (and possibly some who have been around a while as well) In short, it echos what I keep trying to tell anyone who asks me how I have managed to lose weight. You need to fuel your body so if you are working out hard you need to eat more. If you can't eat your calories then you need to slow down your workouts. If you are working out like crazy and not losing weight it may be interesting to read.

From the article:
the combination of very large caloric deficits and very large amounts of activity (especially higher-intensity activity) can cause problems for people either stalling or slowing fat loss.

I think sometimes we are basically swapping fat for muscle. I am in a phase right now after I started walking a few miles a day, my weight hasn't been dropping like it was. However, my clothes continue to get looser. I see better muscle definition in my legs too.
