bacon cheeseburger (3 oz ground sirlion - 2 slices of turkey bacon - 1/2 oz of soy cheese) and fries. I said what there are no veggies on this plate. So I cut up a tomato to go with my lunch.
I would have never thought that I would have felt bad that I did not have some veggies at a meal.
Time for me to eat now.

It seems like you made an effort to make your burger less unhealthy- you can't completely stop enjoying your food! I often make a huge chopped salad with veggies, chicken, etc- and then add some bacon crumbles to make it taste decadent! I am a huge foodie so I've never been one to just eat plain chicken breast and steamed veggies when I'm trying to get fit. If I deprive myself of the flavors I like completely, it lasts about 2 days and I end up binge eating bad foods immediately.0

I was even worried about the burger or fries. I just was in awe that I was like ummmmmm MIssy you need a veggie. I hate to say it but I enjoyed the tomato more than the burger.
LOL who would have thought?0 -
why didnt you make a quilt out of them? Veggies are very in this season.
