Hi there! Aussie coeliac with something to prove, here!

Well, I'm finally getting off my *kitten* and doing what I've always talked about doing. I'm 25 and want to remember my 20s as a time of energy and adventure, not sitting on the couch eating nutella with a spoon... So here I am. I want to hold myself accountable, but not spam my fb with weight loss updates, so anyone who would like to is welcome to message me.

I'm gluten free, and also low-sugar as I have PCOS. Anyone with similar conditions, I'd love to know any management tips you have.
