Protein Bar Chocolate Peanut butter

Here is a recipe for protein bars that are sweet enough for people with sweet teeth.
MAUREEN’S PROTEIN BARS
½ cup Almond Coconut Milk Blend (Almond Breeze)
½ cup Unsalted Natural Peanut Butter (Teddie)
1 scoop 365 (Whole Foods) Protein Powder Vanilla Flavor
3 scoops 365 (Whole Foods) Protein Powder Chocolate Flavor
1 teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
½ teaspoon Truvia
2 cups Dry Oats (can be rolled or quick)
In saucepan heat Almond Coconut Milk & Peanut Butter for about 30 seconds until mixable.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
Roll into balls and put in refrigerator until hardened.
Makes about 20 balls.
Nutrition Info per Serving:
