Christmas Power Challenge

Hi there!

I'm thinking about starting a new challenge. My idea is a group of us can join together and, potentially, become MFP friends. Weekly weigh-ins with a chart to track our progress toward our personal goals. Opportunities to have support and set smaller weekly or daily targets (i.e. drinking more water, walking for 20 minutes, etc.).

I've run challenges in the past and have loved them. I've fallen off and have moped around long enough as I've gained back everything I worked so hard to lose. It's time to begin again. This time, hopefully new faces would like to join with me.

If you're interested, just post a reply. I'll definitely start a group if there's quite a few of us and will send invites. Together, we can make amazing amounts of progress toward our goals!
