Calorie errors!

Hi, I wonder if someone can help! I did an hour run workout today and my vivofit 2 downloaded to MFP that I used 324 calories. When I enter the route and time into MFP it says 924 calories. Based on the route intensity the 924 is more like it but if I enter it myself it now has two workouts logged. I can't see how to edit the Garmin one, does anyone know if it's possible?
