I bought Piyo and love it. I am at about the end of week 3. However, I have realized that the calendar includes DVD"S that were not included in the package.. I think that's really wrong of them to include DVD"S on the calendar that wasn't sent out.. So I called and it's 20 a DVD. I don't think I want to invest in anymore on them. What would be a good workout to substitute for full body blast and strong legs?
