Hi. I have been here for quite some time on and off using Fitness Pal; however I have gained a lot of weight since I've had my two year old and I have tried most diets and I don't stick with them not even more than 1 day. So I am coming back to try and keep myself disciplined, and I figured maybe friends on this site can help me stay disciplined.

You can do it!
Try making small changes that you can live with forever rather than going on a diet.
Start by tracking what you are eating now for a week or two without making any changes. That will let you see where you are getting your calories and then you can decide what portion reductions you might wish to make.0
