    im 18 so I go out to bars clubs pubs etc most weekends, back before my Weight watchers or MFP days I would drink snakebites (beer and blackcurrant) or vodka coke, jaegar bombs, vodka redbull, cider... this heavily increased my weight. But now I strictly drink vodka, soda and lime and I will not touch a jaegar bomb!

    In terms of non-alcoholic.. I sip green tea at work in the day (max. 3 or 4 cups a day.. NEVER more just due to caffeine) treat myself to the odd soy sugar free caramel latte from starbucks, and I drink plenty of water

    Yeah I could imagine the cost of shipping that here would be well more than the beer itself.
