I must have done something wrong the last time I made kale chips. they tasted like dried paper. Haha, I just couldn't understand what all the fuss is about. maybe I'll give it another go with parm cheese on it. Is it the powdered cheese/?0

I'm weird, I made the kale chips and almost threw up when I ate them. I thought they were awful tasting and smelled horrible! However I will eat raw kale like it is going out of style!0

Thanks for the info! I'm gonna try it, just bought a huge bunch of kale today
GreenGoddess, I will say, I had a not to pleasant experience too. i think I'm going to steam it, blend it and freeze in icecube trays to add to meatloaf, stews, chili, and even smoothies in the morning. Maybe mix spinach and chard in there too!0 -

I tried kale chips,I have french fry seasoning from Cabelas sporting goods, sprinkle a little on kale before cooking in oven I let it set in oven after 30 minutes of cooking at 275,turn oven off let it stay in oven 20 minutes? If it's too soggy then you put to much olive oil on it.just take the crunchy ones out reheat oven cook 12 minutes turn off oven,or make speghetti take the kale if you have spinach, put in blended with some tomatoes put that in your hamburger mix well cook season add your favorite red sauce or a can of tomato sauce or home made. Play with your food don't know until you try.0
