Has anyone replaced two meals with Atkins meal replacement shakes and successfully lost weight?

I did protein shakes for a while when I first started losing but graduated to eat real food for the satiety. Occasionally I still like to have shakes for breakfast if I'm running late or really busy. I do low carb (under 40g of net carbs a day) but atkins shakes aren't my fave. I like EAS carb control. Here is a link to a recipe for an easy homemade low carb shake. http://www.starling-fitness.com/archives/2012/06/25/low-carb-shake-recipe/
    Good luck!

Often I have a Premiere Protein shake for breakfast which has 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories. Although I don't do it necessarily to replace a meal I drink them because I like the taste, it helps me reach my protein goals for the day, and I'm not really super hungry in the morning anyways but it holds me over till lunch rolls around. They are prepackaged and ready to go so it makes for a quick breakfast along with some nuts as i run out of the house to get to work.

As far a replacing two meals a day I don't know about that one. I guess it would depend upon your regular eating habits. I don't think you should stray too far from what your norm is simply because you're on a diet. You should always ask yourself what will happen once you stop your diet. If that means you go back to eating fast food for breakfast and lunch then no I don't think replacement shakes is a good idea. But if you're like me and never really ate much of a breakfast anyway then shakes could be a good idea.

I'm sure lots of people have. A question: How will you handle maintenance? Do you plan to keep drinking 2 shakes a day? If not, it might be good to start thinking about how you'll keep the weight OFF.
Will you eat two 160 calorie meals with plenty of protein, then why not just do that now?
Granted, 160 calories per meal doesn't seem like enough calories....
