Looking for a goal buddy

hi there,
I'm looking for a buddy or buddies with similar goals to me to motivate each other!
A bit about me , I'm 25 from NZ 5'4 and currently 135 pounds or 61.5kg
Goal is to loose 10 pounds by the end of the year
I work out 4 times mininum a week and watch what I eat 90% of the time ( although am prone to the occasional binge
Anyone with similar goals please tell me about yourself

hi there I am pretty much the same I live in uk I always watch what I eat and I always exercise. I to seem to sick eating well for so long then I slip eat stacks in one day then feel very disappointed in myself lol. I have just started doing the shaun t 25 workout if you've heard of it. just at the end of first week and I can hardly move my legs lol hey ho all good fun0

Yes it is those damn snacks , I can't seem to switch off the mindset that if o have one bad thing I should just give in and go wild . I'm an all or nothing type person which is why I can't keep junk foods at home0 -
Hi, 49 and in Wisconsin. Managed to lose 35 lbs earlier this year but have managed to put 10 lbs of it back on with the stupid snacks and getting off track on exercise on occasion. I run 3 days a week and have been playing with th 1/2 marathon trainer from Zen Labs, a nice run/walk trainer.0

Hi there, I'm trying to lose about 10 lbs myself.... But I'm also trying to build muscle. I work out about 5 times per week and love the motivation on this site:) I try to eat right and track all my calories, but the weekends seem to get me!0
