Hi everyone :)

I was out at a club last night and had a few drinks (logged as best as possible, of course!). I did go slightly over my calorie limit by around 100 or so but I guess thats life?

It got to around 2 AM and I was still drinking. My question is, does this technically carry over onto today's daily calories as it was technically "today"?

Apologies if this is a silly question but any help you can give me would be great.

Thank-you (and yes my head hurts this morning!! :( )

It doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. It is going to count in your weekly total, no matter which day you log it on.
Pick the day you had more of a deficit and squish it until it fits?

For me, "today" and "tomorrow" is defined by when I go to sleep. Really, it doesn't matter as overall - whatever you feel more comfortable with.
