calorie counting meals - help!

This may be really dumb, but on Sundays I do meal prep for the week and make things like chicken mince to have for lunch. All sorta of bits go in, carrots, onions, soy sauce etc and I'm wondering how to enter that in? Do I have to do each ingredient individually eacj day?
