Burn twin

Hi all
My ankle is not doing so well today so I was hoping to find an activity that requires no equipment that I can do at home that has a similar calorie burn as running at 5mph for an hour tomorrow- if my ankle is not good to run on. Something not to taxing on the ankle.
Today I declare as official rest day

    I don't have any advice as I am just at the beginning of my exercise journey (8 weeks in) but I hope you feel good as new soon.

    Sunday's are my rest days too
