Kayla Itsines guides thoughts?

Since i really don't have much time to workout after work, I thought i might give this a try.
Just the thing is, I'm pretty active and fit and I'm not sure if this will be a challenge.
So any thoughts on the level?
I've done insanity, T25 all phases few times, pole fitness..
