Hey all. I am new to the keto scene So iwould appriciate meeting others followers of this diet . I'm only in my 3rd day and I often find myself confused . I would love to get ideas recipes and all hear about everyone's success

    Glad you are having success with it. :)

    There aren't a great deal of people who follow the keto diet on the main boards. If you look in the popular groups you will find the Low Carber Daily, keto, and reddit keto groups, which have more people who are following a vLCHF diet.
