ticker? used help and search, didn't work

I am trying to put a ticker on my profile. I used help, it said go to apps and click the ticker menu, but that took me back to the home page.

Could someone guide me? thanks

try clicking on your profile and clicking add ticker from there, maybe it takes a different path, and are you on a regular computer? I can do nothing like that on my phone or table

There is a long-standing issue for some users that reroutes them to the MY HOME page. I guess it is a low priority for MFP to fix.

Bug: Ticker settings page is unavailable for some users
• Some users are returned to the home page when clicking "Tickers" in the "Apps" sub-tab.
