Hi everyone. Glad I came across this group. I have been on MFP off and on since 2012. I actually met my goal weight of 135 but the slowly stopped logging. I am now back where I started and have been losing and gaining the same 3 lbs over and over for the last year. I know MFP works when I record everthing. My goal for September is to break the 147 barrier and make it to 145.
