I don't think anyone can deny that putting oneself in a caloric deficit (burning more calories that one consumes) is the way to lose weight. Yes. Understood. With that said, can a fat burner help in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise? Or, is it all snake-oil? Thanks.

Well i'd say they all are to be honest. Find binders are ok though , binds some of the fat in your stomach and it comes out the other end smiling ^^.0
