I finally decided to go back to basics and do the calorie counting thing again, because it really worked once upon a time. I want to shed about 10 kilos, hence the 52 in my username... that was the weight when I looked my best. I kept thinking that exercising would be enough, but nope... so I'm basically trying to clean up my diet.
I often have 'weak' moments, so I'm going to come on here when the cravings kick in lol.
