Looking for exercise and diet motivation

I'm 45 and recently had a hysterectomy. I have always been a gym junkie and have always been very motivated about diet with a body conscious attitude. But since my operation April15 I have been struggling thus gained weight. Currently I'm 144lbs height 5'5. I'm looking for gym buddy motivation??
