So before I started losing weight I was a junk food eater I ate a lot of sweets... so now I'm constantly craving fruit. For me the only way I've been able to lose weight at my old age is cutting sugars and carbs.. So my question is.. Is too much fruit a bad thing? I'm definitely going over the 25 I'm supposed to have but that's almost always in fruit. I don't eat bread or anything really carbish.. Except an occasional beer (: Meat, veggies, greek yogurt & fruit (: And... I have 50 lbs to go.. (:

Way too complicated and detail oriented unless you have a (doctor proven) medical issue that dictates what you should and shouldn't eat. Weight loss is all about eating fewer calories than you burn. Eat whatever makes you feel good and stay active.

Eat the fruit. Ignore the MFP sugar.

I learned that MFP counts all the sugar in one lump sum- it adds the sugars from fruits just like it does from a candy bar- so I try to make sure for me- it is more natural sugars- and just STAY within a deficit-
