VEGAN!

After 11+ years of being a vegetarian I've decided it's time to make the transition. I've always wanted to do it, but was too afraid of the challenge. After watching "Vegucated" on Netflix the other night that was the last straw.

So, any Vegans on here that have any tips, recipes, just anything to help me in the process - it is greatly appreciated!

    Awesome! I've been vegan for 4 years but have recently been slacking with it (just in these past few months) and really want to stick to it more strictly again. Feel free to add me. I am trying to learn some healthy recipes too. Recently taught myself to make scrambled tofu for breakfast which is really nice and low calorie.

    there are some awesome seitan recipes on the internet, I have tried lots and like them all. 3oz has 22 grams of protein, 1.1 gram of fat, and about 7 carbs, and so yummy!!!
