Does this happen to anyone else?

After a brisk walk (not a run... I don't run yet) and a little stretch, when I am at rest, my legs twitch. Not my entire leg, but it feels like I am being (not painfully) shocked in small muscles in my legs. It's never past my knee. This twitch/shock sensation only occurs after a quick walk or cardio exercise involving my legs. It is mostly in my hamstrings and glutes.
Just curious. I told my boyfriend about it and he has no clue why it happens. It doesn't hurt, but it feels really weird for about 10-15 minutes after a quick walk or bike ride.

I get that quite a bit, especially when I'm going at a faster pace. I read about it a little while ago on livestrong, and what it said was that it was a symptom of lower electrolytes, and replenishing said electrolytes would help.

So lots of water I guess! c:0 -
Happens to me every time, too. Also in my thighs. But never in the arms which seems weird, now that I think about it. Anyway, I take it as a sign that I've given the legs a workout!0

circulation issue that will go away after you become more conditioned0

More water and maybe a banana will help with that. It's the less severe version of a charlie horse. Nothing serious though.0
