Hello, I have been using this app for a while now and have so far lost 11 kilos, still have another 15 to go to get just under the highest bmi reading, I have always been a bigger lady from the age of 11 wearing size 16 clothes, I work in catering and always have done so lots of hours spent on my feet running around, my body just does not seem to want to lose it easily, I don't eat a lot certainly not 3 meals a day due to the hour that I start work (I know I should but serving food all morning puts me off food) I get married in 4 weeks and 5 days, and really want to feel fantastic I know I have lost a lot but losing the will to live sometimes, I have cut out potatoes, bread, all fizzy pop and drinking more water, I have dropped 3 sizes in work trousers but cannot see the weight loss on me myself. Any advice on exercises I can do when you are shattered after a 12 hr working day that starts at 4am? All I want to do is sleep not eat and certainly not go for a run! Thankyou for reading, Becky
