I am 47 on the 21 of September. All of my grandparents died of heart disease and I am looking to beat that curse.

I am a chef at a local crêperie, which makes it tough to do anything not get bigger. I will soon be starting my own bistro, so I need to get a grip!

I have found the support here to be key. I can't stick to a lifestyle change without it. Friends help!

I am interactive. My work allows me to respond and help. I do love it!

I live in Harrisburg, PA. I would love to start an active group here for walks and support, but I would love to be involved in your success.
